Baguette TRAYS
We offer baguette trays in many different variants.
They are available in the standard versions listed below with a micro-perforation of 2.00 mm for particularly soft doughs. Upon request we manufacture your optimal tray. For this purpose, you can freely choose the channel design, number of channels, version, perforation and our high-quality non-stick coatings. Our industrial system trays with stainless steel frames offer the highest level of stability.

What are the advantages of channels?
