Our aluminum slatted trays are manufactured in a standard thickness of 1.5 mm. But there are differences especially in the the facing rail. The use of our removable attachment rails ensures easy and quick removal of the cake pieces without interrupting or deforming the edges. This allows for the success of everything from cream cakes to sheet cakes of all kinds. Since there is no patent solution and every baker has different requirements for the slatted tray and there are no universal solutions, we offer two variants in our range: beading and slot.
