Our aluminum slatted trays are manufactured in a standard thickness of 1.5 mm. But there are differences, particularly in the facing rail. Our removable attachment rails ensure easy and quick removal of the cake pieces without interrupting or deforming the edges. This allows for the success of everything from cream cakes to any kind of sheet cake. Since there is no catch-all solution and every baker has different requirements for the slatted tray, we offer two variants in our range: beading and slot.
