As is standard practice, our aluminium cake trays are made with a material thickness of 1.5 mm. However, they do have a significant advantage compared to standard cake trays. Thanks to a removable joint bar, our trays make the removal of the finished cake pieces quick and easy, at the same time preventing any damage to the edges of the product. Thanks to this, our trays allow for the production of a wide range of products, from fragile cream pies down to more robust sheet cakes. In addition, we have created two variants of our cake trays, one with ridging and one with slat rail attachment, in order to accommodate for the individualised demands each baker places on their trays.
